Choose your Chocolate, Chunk Cookies
1 Cup Unsalted soften butter (227 Grams)
3/4 Cups Dark brown sugar (163 Grams)
3/4 Cups White (granulated) sugar (163 Grams)
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract (Nielsen Massey)
1 Tbs Scharffen Berger 100% dark chocolate coco powder
2 Large eggs
1 1/3 Cups All-purpose Flour (167 Grams)
1 1/3 Cups Pastry Flour (167 Grams)
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 Cups Scharffen Berger chocolate chunks

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

1.    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside

2.    In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, Scharffen Berger coco powder and set aside.

3.    Cream together butter and sugars until combined. Continue beating and add eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.

4.    Mix in the dry ingredients until combined. 

5.    By hand mix in Scharffen Berger chocolate chunks. Scoop the dough out using a scooper/disher. Add extra bits of chocolate to the top of the dough and chill for at least 15 minutes no longer than 30.

6.     Bake in preheated oven for approximately 10-12 minutes. Take them out when they are starting to turn golden brown around the edges. Let them sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing to cooling rack. Sprinkle with Maldon salt and enjoy!
