What You'll Need for the Board:
- A serving tray
- 3 mini fondue pots + unscented tea light candles
- Fondue forks
Making the chocolate fondues:
- The base recipe for each mini fondue pot is:
- 4oz Scharffen Berger chocolate + 1/2 cup half & half + optional mix in. Melt all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking frequently until smooth, & place into your fondue pot to serve
- Add some variety with mix ins! Suggestions include:
- Pair 62% semi-sweet chocolate with 1 tsp fresh orange juice + 1/2 tsp orange zest
- Pair 70% bittersweet chocolate with 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pair 82% extra dark chocolate with 3 tsp coffee liqueur
