Product Details
We craft our natural cocoa powder with the same attention to detail as our pure dark chocolate. We hand-select ripe, well-fermented cacao beans from tropical regions around the equator, and then roast, blend, ground and press them to chocolate perfection.

This unsweetened cocoa powder is wonderful and very coco taste. I have used it for my Guinness cake ,that I make at least once a year for my birthday ( March 17 ) . I have also used it for an amazing chocolate cake for my husband’s birthday.
I recommend it to everyone who asks for “the best chocolate to cook with”.
