SHIPPING INFORMATION

In order to provide the highest possible quality service, Scharffen Berger Chocolate Maker ships orders from our headquarters in Southern Oregon Monday through Wednesday each week. Orders received after noon PT on Wednesday afternoons will be shipped out the following Monday to ensure that they don’t spend the weekend in a shipping facility.

We use both UPS and the United States Postal Service for deliveries. If you have specific delivery instructions for your order, please email us at Info@ScharffenBerger.com.
