My daughter has Celiac, and we are so grateful to be able to enjoy this high quality a product without the risk of cross-contamination from processing. Impeccable smoothness and melt, quality cacao flavor, easy share-ability. These chocolate flats are perfect to stash away in your pantry, to offer to coworkers midafternoon, or to nibble on at the end of the work day. Would make a great picnic basket addition to go with fresh strawberries, cheese and crackers, and a thermos of iced tea.

As a decades long fan of the 41% milk chocolate, I was delighted to see these flats reappear after a long absence. It is more economical to buy the milk chocolate this way, especially since I use it in cooking (I wish baking bars were available). I love the logo on each square (is that a mountain goat or what?!) because I always feel badly when I have to break it up into pieces when I serve the full bar. This is the best milk chocolate in the entire world, in my opinion.
