This bar is much too sweet, and I wonder if the toasted coconut is necessary for a coffee-flavored bar. Previously, Scharffenberger made a coffee-flavored bar that was significantly superior--I recall that it was around seventy percent cocoa.

This chocolate bar hits the perfect balance of melt and sweetness, with enough coffee to make you feel you can make it through the rest of your Monday workday. The coconut even makes it feel like a small vacation somewhere away from your desk. We also love this company's chocolate is certified gluten-free, which made it possible to gift one to our hardworking school secretary.
