Using the 70% Bittersweet Dark Chocolate Baking Chunks is one of the cornerstones of my rich and silky-smooth chocolate cream pie that is so good you might slip into a blissful coma after eating the third piece! And using ingredients that meet fair prices, fair labor, sustainability, and rainforest regeneration is as important to me as the incredible flavor this dark chocolate imparts. I've used other high quality chocolate and they simply don't hold up when compared to the flavors generated by Scharffen Berger.
