A decadent dark chocolate. This is the bar I will always purchase. I didn’t get all my chocolate bars in my last order and the only way you can contact customer service is through email. It’s been over a week and I’ve not heard gotten a response from them and I’ve sent two messages to them. Very disappointed that you can’t reach anyone when you have an issue.

Love love these bars. I have a subscription and the quality is always great. However when my last shipment was delivered the gel cold pack had not only melted but split causing gel to go all over 2/3 of my bars. When I contacted customer service through their website, I received no response at all. I’m very hesitant to eat 2/3 of my shipment because I don’t know if the gel is consumable. And I was very sad saddened that no one would reply to my concern.
