The
Salty Cooker's Triple Chocolate Cookies for when double chocolate is just not enough! These cookies will satisfy the chocoholic in you.
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl add the sugars and butter.
- Mix on high for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the vanilla and then add one egg at a time.
- Then add all of the dry ingredients.
- Mix until just incorporated, then mix in chocolate.
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop equal size pieces on the parchment paper.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
- Remove, allow to cool for at least 30 minutes.
