@gluten_free_colleen , Colleen Saltarelli, created this Dark Chocolate Earl Grey Fondue that is the perfect companion to fresh ripe strawberries, crispy rice treats, marshmallows, gluten-free pretzels and so much more.
Ingredients
12 ounces | SCHARFFEN BERGER 70% Cacao Bittersweet or 62% Cacao Semisweet Chocolate coarsely chopped |
1/ cup | Heavy Cream |

Earl Grey Tea Bags |
1 teaspoon |
Vanilla Extract |
Pinch |
Salt |
fresh ripe strawberries, crispy rice treats, marshmallows, gluten-free pretzels and so much more (for dipping) |
Directions
- Chop the Scharffen Berger Dark Chocolate into small pieces, place in a glass bowl and set aside.
- Heat heavy cream to a simmer, steep tea for 3 minutes, pour over chocolate and let set for 1 minute.
- Add vanilla extract and salt, stir until smooth.
- Add to chocolate to a fondue pot and dip with your favorite treats. Enjoy!
