@gluten_free_colleen , Colleen Saltarelli, created this Dark Chocolate Earl Grey Fondue that is the perfect companion to fresh ripe strawberries, crispy rice treats, marshmallows, gluten-free pretzels and so much more.⁠

Ingredients

12 ounces SCHARFFEN BERGER 70% Cacao Bittersweet or 62% Cacao Semisweet Chocolate coarsely chopped
1/ cup Heavy Cream

Earl Grey Tea Bags⁠

1 teaspoon

Vanilla Extract⁠

Pinch

Salt⁠

fresh ripe strawberries, crispy rice treats, marshmallows, gluten-free pretzels and so much more (for dipping)

 

Directions

  1. Chop the Scharffen Berger Dark Chocolate into small pieces, place in a glass bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat heavy cream to a simmer, steep tea for 3 minutes, pour over chocolate and let set for 1 minute.
  3. Add vanilla extract and salt, stir until smooth.
  4. Add to chocolate to a fondue pot and dip with your favorite treats. Enjoy!⁠
