The Salty Cooker's Triple Chocolate Cookies for when double chocolate is just not enough! These cookies will satisfy the chocoholic in you.


1 cup butter, can use dairy-free
3/4 cup
brown sugar
3/4 cup
granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons
vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
baking soda
1/2 teaspoon
kosher salt
2 1/2 cups
¾ cup
SCHARFFEN BERGER Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
1 cup SCHARFFEN BERGER 62% Semisweet 
Dark Chocolate Baking Bar, rough chop
1 cup
70% Bittersweet Dark Chocolate Baking Barrough chop


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl add the sugars and butter.
  4. Mix on high for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in the vanilla and then add one egg at a time.
  6. Then add all of the dry ingredients.
  7. Mix until just incorporated, then mix in chocolate.
  8. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop equal size pieces on the parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
  10. Remove, allow to cool for at least 30 minutes.
